Celebrity chef Matt Moran in Byron Bay Celebrity chef Matt Moran will visit the Byron Farmers’ Market on Thursday, July 25 to source local produce for his new TV show, Paddock to Plate. Matt will visit stallholders to select fresh ingredients for one of the dishes he will create and cook for the show, due to air on The LifeStyle Channel on Foxtel later this year. Local custard apples, prawns and free-range chickens are expected to feature on Matt’s menu.
