Celebrity Chef Clayton Donovan will be special guest at the Byron Farmers Market on Thursday October 16th. He will demonstrate two easy spring recipes and offer tastings of both sugarcane cured fish Brunswick Oysters with fingerlime. Clayton is an advocate for local growers and a huge fan of Byron Bay and the Farmers Markets. He currently has a television show on ABC called Wild Kitchen. From 8.30am, Thursday 16 October
