Paul West Cooking Demo - 6th August 2015

Paul West is a fresh, exciting face on the global food scene, as well as a brilliant Australian television presenter, with a passion for food, self-sufficiency and sustainability that runs deep. Paul is in Byron Bay for the Writers Festival. His first stop will be at The Byron Bay Farmers Market on August 6th for a guest cooking demonstration at 8.30am. He will be surprising market goers with a recipe from his latest cookbook. There will be an opportunity for book signings after the demo.
